Griotte – a very comfortable residence, airy and offering a terrace on the roof tops. From here it is possible to gaze over the magnificent landscape which surrounds the country house and the view over Mount Lance. The residence accommodates 2 persons.
With a surface area of 65m2, the residence comprises of a large living room and very attractive, fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping arrangements comprise of an upper room with an adjacent sun deck, as well as a large sofa bed for two people. Walk-in shower and separate toilet.

To take advantage of an additional room, this residence can be combined with our guest room “Belle de Prin”, which would offer a habitable space of more than 100m2 for 5 to 7 people.

Down payment: 35% of the total amount including taxes
Cancellation policy: 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 35% of the total amount including taxes. Less than 15 days before the arrival date, early departure: 100% of the total amount including taxes.
On departure, the dishes must be washed and cleared, the grill cleaned, the garbage cans emptied, the bed linen (bed linen and towels) collected in the main room

Booking

This residence open from the beginning of May to the end of September, rentable by the week at the price of 1600 €.
